Salesforce Administrator
£35-50,000 per annum (pro rata) 3-6 month Fixed Term Contract
Hybrid - 3 days per week in Kent
My client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to assist in the deployment, adoption, and maintenance of their Salesforce implementation, ensuring that the environment is optimised to meet the needs of the business
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Salesforce CRM team and other stakeholders to support the adoption of the Salesforce system
- User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support and training to users, addressing any issues and promoting best practices for Salesforce usage.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Data Management: Oversee data integrity and data migration processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information within Salesforce.
- Salesforce Administration: Manage and configure Salesforce environments, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Customisation and Development: Implement custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes to enhance system functionality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role.
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator required; additional Salesforce certifications are a bonus.
- Experience in project management and proficiency in Jira is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, data management, and reporting. Experience with Salesforce Lightning is preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and support users.
