SuccessFactors Project Manager / Success Factors PM. Superb Oxfordshire based client are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Project Manager / Success Factors PM to work hybrid Onsite / Remote, Inside IR35 for the next 4-6 months initially.

- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage stakeholders and secure their commitment to timelines and deliverables.
- Project Management Experience: Background in managing technology projects, ideally with exposure to SuccessFactors and job structure frameworks.
- Communication: Strong communicator, capable of clearly articulating business change and project impacts.
- Resource Management: Experienced in managing resources, including third parties, and collaborating closely with the people team and other key stakeholders.
- Leadership: Able to lead the project under Franck’s guidance, while operating independently with the people team.
