HRMS Technical Lead
6 month contract (extensions likely)
Remote (UK) – Onsite in Central London when requested
Inside IR35

Superb international client is urgently seeking a HRMS Technical Lead for an initial 6 month contract. This is based remotely, but some onsite might be required for central London.

Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors to work directly with the business.
  • Provide support on the development and execution of the HRIS.
  • Support the development, design principles, quality standards, and best practices.
  • Evaluate user needs and system functionality.
  • Support all HRIS installations and updates.
  • Support the development and testing of new modules in all HRIS.
  • Coordinate HRIS scheduled releases and adoption.
  • Ensure software licensing laws are complied with.
  • Support any HRIS access and permissions requirements.
  • Support minor configuration work associated with new releases and/or fix and streamline activity with technical partners where needed.
  • Provide first-line support, adhering to the service level agreements.
  • Resolve issues among multiple clients as resource constraints arise.
  • Ensure training of new staff to support their internal user needs.
  • Maintain internal knowledge and compliance with UK and European Data Protection Legislation where relevant.
