HRMS Technical Lead

Superb international client is urgently seeking a HRMS Technical Lead for an initial 6 month contract. This is based remotely, but some onsite might be required for central London.
Skills:
- Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors to work directly with the business.
- Provide support on the development and execution of the HRIS.
- Support the development, design principles, quality standards, and best practices.
- Evaluate user needs and system functionality.
- Support all HRIS installations and updates.
- Support the development and testing of new modules in all HRIS.
- Coordinate HRIS scheduled releases and adoption.
- Ensure software licensing laws are complied with.
- Support any HRIS access and permissions requirements.
- Support minor configuration work associated with new releases and/or fix and streamline activity with technical partners where needed.
- Provide first-line support, adhering to the service level agreements.
- Resolve issues among multiple clients as resource constraints arise.
- Ensure training of new staff to support their internal user needs.
- Maintain internal knowledge and compliance with UK and European Data Protection Legislation where relevant.
