I initially came to Sentinel as a Trainee Recruiter, but in the decade since then, my role has evolved. I now support our sales function. As Associate Director of Sales Enablement I lead the professional development programme for our consultants.

I also lead  technology selection  to ensure the team have everything they need in order to do their best work. Helping consultants mature into strong billers is the best part of my role. It’s also great to be working with likeminded people in what is, (in my biased opinion) a great culture.
