Hello! My name is Paola, and I’m originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico. I’ve had the opportunity to live in the U.S, Ireland and now London, where I completed my Master’s in Organisational Psychology. I’ve always been driven by curiosity and the excitement of stepping outside my comfort zone. 

What drew me to recruitment and to Sentinel is the chance to connect talent people with opportunities that truly align with their goals. I work closely within the Swiss IT market, helping professionals navigate career moves and helping companies find the right expertise to grow their teams. It’s a space that’s constantly evolving, and I love being part of that momentum.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me running, dancing, or cooking – and if you stick around long enough, you might just get a homemade dessert. That’s my love language!
