Leading our London office, my job is varied, covering sales leadership, key account management, strategy & mentoring of trainees. Seeing our people develop & celebrating new customer wins gets me up in the morning (that, & a strong coffee).  

We opened the London office in 2016 after I worked my way to Senior partner & then MD from starting as a trainee in 2010. 

I strongly believe in the importance of work/life balance.  Any challenges I experience during the day can be quickly overcome by running, whether that’s a marathon, a parkrun, or cross-country race.  You’ll often see me in shorts & running trainers in my lunch hour – a wonderful sight I’m sure!
