I manage the business’s finance, legal, compliance & administration functions. I joined Sentinel as a partner in 2017. I had previously worked as an investment banker & financial adviser before becoming a head-hunter to the finance industry. I even set up my own headhunting business hiring investors, advisors & lenders for some of the top names in finance. That business was then acquired by an established firm & so I joined Sentinel to combine my financial expertise with my hands-on understanding of recruitment.

When I’m not working, I love walking my dogs, kayaking on the Medway river or relaxing with friends & family.
