A Market leading multi national technology organisation are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to to assist with program implementation and provide issuer technical support for their mobile pay feature.
Essential Skills
- A technical background with a knowledge of programming skills
- An understanding of Swift or Objective C-language
- The ability to Identify and resolve technical issues with their payment platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Address inquiries from financial institutions and industry partners utilising internal tools.
- Provide exceptional technical support to the clients partners Identifying issues and resolving them.
