Marketing Analyst Data Scientist
Hybrid - £350-415p/d
My client, a well known tech firm is seeking a Data Scientist to support their marketing team on a fixed term basis until February of next year. This role is offered on a hybrid basis and will require you to work in their central London office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Support Marketing and Sales teams in reaching goals by analysing customer data.
- Aid Marketing with web analytic and custom reports.
- Improve insights and reporting processes.
- Measure marketing impact on customer success and future behaviour.
- Lead data analysis projects.
- Track usage metrics and customer trends.
- Build models for audience analysis and competitive research.
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct A/B tests to enhance marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree (MS or PhD) in a quantitative field of study including economics, statistics, applied mathematics, data science, business, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years professional experience developing advanced Tableau data visualizations, dashboards, and reporting.
- SQL and Python
- Experience of reporting on web analytics in Adobe or other toolsd
- Knowledge of database modelling and data warehousing principles (Snowflake preferred).
- Experience with the digital advertising industry, the mobile app economy or related field.
- Familiarity with automated data ingestion processes including APIs.
- Ability to partner effectively with data science and engineering stakeholders to meet the data needs of the business, translating business needs into analytical requirements.
