Change Management Partner - Time & Attendance Transformation
Leading multinational pharma organisation is looking for a Change Management Partner to join their HR function to oversee time and attendance transformation. This role will initially be on a 12 month contract from the start date but is likely to extend and go permanent, there will be further progression opportunities internally within the organisation.
The responsibilities include
- Supporting the country implementation change management activities by delivering assigned deliverables.
- Managing stakeholders.
- Contribute to identifying the change topics and their impact on end-users groups through detailed country change impact assessments.
- Adapt country training material design and follow feedback from global change management lead.
- Support training delivery to various end-user groups including actual training delivery.
- Facilitate country change ambassadors.
- Collect and provide feedback from various stakeholders.
Required Qualifications/Competencies
- Bachelor/Master Degree in HR/Adult Learning/Change Management
- Fluent English
- Experience of change mangement and delivering projects
